It's literally impossible.
Once you achieve around 60%-70% control, all of your contracts become defense contracts.
You cannot achieve more than that.

Keeping in mind your faction is not just the q syncs. Yes most are defense contracts but not all.
Enough to make it impossible.
I've seen dozens of games where neither side has q-syncs, they pretty much always, always end in Gallente victory, and it's an absolute one.
Unless my mere presence skews the match that drastically, it would mean that Gallente win 80%-90% of non Q-sync matches.
And until recently, Caldari didn't have that strong of a Q-sync presence, while Gallente were maintaining a strong one for months.
Factor all of this, and you can see why we would have at least 80% at this point.
